Natalie attended University of Maryland in College Park and graduated in 2009 with a degree in Communications. She worked in the restaurant business after college and eventually discovered a passion for health and fitness, which turned into a career. Natalie married and after the birth of their first child in 2018, moved away from the DC area to Frederick, MD. After they had their second child during the Covid pandemic, Natalie decided to pursue the family business of Real Estate. They welcomed their third child in 2022 and continue to live in Frederick. Natalie is lucky to be able to indulge her two passions and continues to teach fitness while working closely with her mom as a Realtor and member of the Nancy Allen Team.
